P is for Playing with your Food

Kindergartners shouldn’t have all the fun—more adults should play with their food. And if you’re too embarrassed to fingerpaint with chocolate pudding, then a holiday can be your excuse.

Carve pumpkins and bob for apples. Build gingerbread houses and decorate cookies. Dye Easter eggs and host an egg hunt. Through these simple acts, you can reclaim the joy of playing with food. Your friends may initially balk at a grown-up easter egg hunt, but I doubt they’ll refuse a chocolate bunny prize.

So forget about being an adult, reconnect with your inner child, and whip up a batch of homemade playdoh.
